hello everyone! if an assessee has made payment to related party with respect to purchase of machinery, do we need to report it in 3cd of tax audit report ? kindly guide on the matter. thank you.

IT WILL BE SHOWN IN ANNEXURE OF "DETAIL OF PAYMENTS MADE TO SPECIFIED PERSONS U/S 40A(2)(b)" I.E IT WILL BE PART OF 3CD TAX REPROT.
I.E ALL TYPE OF PURCHASE WHETEHR REVENUE NATURE & CAPITLA NATURE SHOULE BE SHOWN IN ABOVE ANNEXURE.
