Dear Sir,
My company has paid Rs.65,250/- by CASH to Daksin Gujarat Vij Company Ltd. (South Gujarat Electricity Company Ltd) towards electric bill for the month.....my question is...... is this exps. disallowed above Rs.20000/- CASH?

Cash Purchase will be disallwed if payment made in cash to a single pary in a day. in your case you are paying to DGVCL so no que of disallowed.

Why it should not be disallowed? There is no such exemption.
