Could you please let me know if a Creditor has given bill for Rs. 200000/-, can we pay him for the above purchases in parts i.e. Rs.20000/- for the purpose of tax audit??
Is there any case law in this regard, please give its name & source ??

you can pay in parts but it wont be feasible as you have to park 10 entries fotr the same :) otherwise also it not advisable

It is at your discretion whether you pay in parts or lumsum.
In case you are asking about the payment in cash then also you may pay in parts with payment not exceeding Rs. 20000 in a day.
