Payment of travelling allowance

M/s. x ltd paid Rs.2000 travelling allowance to his employee and treat this amount as travelling conveyance exp is it correct or not. if it is not correct how to treat this exp as payment of salary or otherwise.

if you included in CTC (2000 travelling Allowence) then you should take it as Travelling Allowences under Administarive salary .
if not covered in CTC . you should treat as Expenses- conveyance
if not covered in CTC . you should treat as Expenses- conveyance
