02 August 2018 We had incorporated many companies in U.P. under the jurisdiction of ROC- Kanpur. Further I want to know about the procedure related to payment of stamp duty on share certificates in U.P. as there is a defined procedure for the same in Delhi. Or can we affix revenue stamps on the face of share certificates for the same.

03 August 2018 In UP, the stamp duty on Share Certificates is Rs. 1 per folio or share certificate irrespective of the consideration.
