10 December 2013 If A & B are partners in M/S ABC & A is also the proprietor of M/S XYZ. A is paying profession tax as proprietor of XYZ, then is M/S ABC liable to pay profession tax? M/S ABC has also taken profession tax no.

10 December 2013 As Mr.A had paid Profession Tax as Individual Capacity then in firm he is not liable for PT .
