Payment of labor exp in cash

Company dealing in real estate business. If a company pay heavy labour exp ( Rs. 76 Lacs ( Through Muster Roll ) in cash. Then whole exp is disallowed u/s 40A(3) or not.

it wil be disallowed if the aggregate payments in a single day to a single person exceeds20000...And only those payments will be disallowed..........
Suppose u paid to one employee Rs 30000 and to other Rs. 10000 ( both in cash)
Then only Rs. 30000 will be disallowed..
Suppose u paid to one employee Rs 30000 and to other Rs. 10000 ( both in cash)
Then only Rs. 30000 will be disallowed..

All wages paid to master roll and epf esi applicable. and each employee paid less than 20000 will be allowable.
