any person who pays interest , has to deduct TDS ,how fwr this statament is true.
(fixed deposit,inerest paid on loan,)
whats' HAWALA , i heard that people brought there money in through HAWALA to avoid tax liability

Statement is true but it is not applicable on Individual & HUF, whose turnover during the previous year does not exceeds Rs. 40lakh.
