Payment of fees on mca site

We are incorporating a Company with Authorised Capital of Rs. 1000 Crore. As per fees calculator on MCA the fees comes to Rs. 3 Crores approx. Just wanted to how to make the payment as our net banking doesnt allow us to make the payment after certain limit???
