Payment of excise duty in wrong assessee code

15 May 2013 We have two registration. One is ending with EM0001 (revoked earlier by the department) and another is ending with EM0002. The tax was wrongly deposited under EM0001 instead of EM002. So please suggest whether this can be adjusted. If yes then how it can be done. If not then what we can best be do in this regard.
