I WANT TO KNOW THAT IS IT POSSIBLE TO PAY CUSTOM DUTY BEFORE ARRIVAL OF VESSEL OR THERE IS ANY OTHER PROCEDURE TO REMOVE CARGO FROM THE CUSTOM AREA AS AND WHEN GOODS WILL ARRIVE AT CUSTOM PORT
