23 October 2012 Hi All,

One of our client is making payment towards invoice (net of tds) and tds is deposited and TDS certificate is issued by its principle.

Will it be allowed by Income Tax?

What do you man by principle here. I tds paymnt by principle is adjusted thru JV then it is OK.

Main requirement is under whose TAN no TDS is paid.
