i am ISI certification consultant, at present i am providing certification consultancy to china based company.
as per our contract company has paid me 4000USD in my account, in this regards i have IE code and all related farmalities i have completed.
my question is as under:
as i have received 4000USD from them and i am interested to import few testing equipment from china and chinese company wants this payment in USD.
kindly guide me how can i make payment to him, and what benefit regarding import duty can i avail in future.
