please tellme the answer of given below quetion
is payment of provident fund after due date .i.e 15th of next month allowed as duduction under income tas act 1961 or is it allowable on payment of panaly or aintered.

employer's contribution is allowwd u/s 43 B if payment is made upto filing of roi u/s 139(1).
employee's contribution is allowed u/s 36(1)(va) if payment is made upto 20 of next month.
