According to me:
Patent is the thing which belong only to one who registers it...
Copyright is the right given by owner to user (say franchisee) to use his name or thing....
(Like Pizza Hut & Mc.D)
Trademark is brand or logo

Patent is a right to produce particular thing(s) which is invented by u. In short, it is related to inventions.

COPYRIGHT is a legal right given to the author or creator of some original work like book, film etc for its use distribution and copying for a fixed term whereafter it is made available in the public domain.
TRADEMARK is the unique symble, style, logo or brandname by which an organisation wants to be known.
