Hi, my collegues you all know that income tax department has stopped sending of Reset Password request to an ID from which the request has been made. So if any one gets a new client than how to solve this problem to file the ROI of that new client. Please share your views and ideas. Thanks in Advance to All.

1)call to "efiling" help line number available on efiling portal and ask them to guide on how to reset password if unable to access registered mail id . . they will suggest how to get password to alternate mail id
2)you send a mail again to "validate" mail id specifying that you unable to access registered mail id and request to reset password to current mail id..
