my client is forget income tax password. when i reset the password and try given alternative income tax site. its not possible to reset the password because my client is forget everything and he is not file any income tax return.

There are 5 ways to reset the password. The ways are:
1) Answer secret question
2) Get OTP in registered mail ID & mobile number
3) Aadhar OTP
4) By using Digital Signature (DSC)
5) By using net banking
