what will b the password for extracting the form 16A zip file received from tds.cpc.gov.in for the 3rd quarter?

You need not extract the zip file. You have to open the Form16A zip file through the PDF converter new version 1.1 available in TRACES website. You can download it by Logging into TRACES. you have to give the concerned TAN as Password when you extract through PDF converter.
