Can anybody help me to know that if someone pan has already registered by any one then how we can change password and can registered our own email id for password because generally as per incometax online system they send reset password to earlier registered email id

if you have the concerned assessee's last yr's ITR Ack. no., then go to income taxindiaefiling.gov.in and login/forgot password
