1 client wants to renew his passport.But on his name one case filed in a police- station.That is not true.Someone used his name.In that case what he have to do.There is any way to get relief from that case.Because that person was not involved in that case.

Hi,
Kindly check whether the case is filed the police station in which the client resides.If the case is in some other station the respective area police does not know about the case.Hence go ahead with the renewal.
If the state in which you are residing has computerised police station in which all the stations are inter connected be extra careful.
More over if your client is on bail regarding the said case kindly go through the bail conditions imposed by the court before applying for the passport.
