Hi,
My Client is a dealer in steel pipes, he imports it.He is charged CVD ,can i pass on the CVD to customer and if yes how should i pass it.Is it necessary for him to Register Under Excise.

we can pass on the benefit to claim the CVD to the customer if we raise the CENVATable invoice.
