What is the procedure of pass on cvd when ist stage dealer is also a importer, & bill of entry is also in the name of ist stage dealer??

all customs+ cvd would be accounted under the head purchase.
issue of invoice is just a formality to pass on CVD+cess. balance accounts would be consolidated with customs/cvd and other charges incurred on import.
tax invoice under VAT/CST would be issued on consolidated value,
