firstly share application money can be received in the company account and the allotment is to be done....pas 3 will be counted form which date ?

MAXIMUM WITHIN 60 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT OF THE APPLICATION MONEY, THE COMPANY NEEDS TO ALLOT THE SHARES TO THE SHAREHOLDERS AND WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE ALLOTMENT OF SHARES, COMPANY HAS TO FILE FORM PAS 3, SO EVENT DATE FOR PAS 3 SHALL BE THE DATE OF ALLOTMENT
