Is it possible to convrt Partnership into PVT LTD Co, if yes, can PVT LTD company register in Share Market, what is the procedure

Yes Partnership can be converted into Pvt Ltd Company

Private limited company cannot trade its share on stock exchange.
Private limited it means that the shares of that company are held by few private parties and not by public in general.
A private company cannot invite general public to subscribe to its shares. To do so it will first have to convert itself to a Public Limited company
