We are having partnership Firm form 3 years, but we noticed that somebody in last month trying to register our firm name by adding PVT LTD What is legal status, pls advise send email srk1261@gmail.com

In my view, there can be two or many more number of partnership firms with the same or similar name. Moreover, since the other person is getting a company registered in a name which is similar to your partnership firm's name, you will not be able to prevent him for registering the name.
However, if you have a trademark or tradename and the company infringes with the same, then you can file a case under the Trademarks Act.
