Please help me

my query is one of my client firm business in paints field her mother was prop. before 01.01.11 after 31.12.10 firm was become in partnership firm with her own son .
we make the partnership deed and notarized in court also my problem is i want to know any requirement for firm registration to state registrar or its sufficient for doing legal works like bank c.c.limit renewal.

09 June 2011 There is no requirement under I T Act for registration of a Firm with registrar of Firm.
