Dear Experts
Our client has formed firm of 2 partners which was also registered with Registrar of Firms. But now one partner has to exist and another one joins. What would be the procedure for the same. Pls guide the steps.

YOU ARE REQUIRED TO FILE FORM "PARTICULARS OF CHANGES IN PARTNERS" TO THE REGISTRAR OF FIRM.....YOU CAN DOWNLOAD FORM FROM BY VISIT MY CACLUB ID FROM FILES FOLDER......OKKKKKK

First a re-constitutional Partnership Deed need to be prepared, signed by existing and continuing partner, out going and income partner to the deed along with the witnesses to the deed. Then, it need to be updated with the various government agencies, banks it is concerned with.
