The current scenario calls for a specialisation. In metro cities, you, therefore need to have tie ups / associations/ partnerships. In smaller cities, going alone is still possible. Small and big may have a thin line of 20 lakh population.

simple benefit is that work load can ne shared , specialization benefit to each other,more chances of govt audits....
