Can any one send the partnership firm ( enter into by an Individual & a Hindu Undivided Firm ) deed format

Indivl and HUF cannot enter into ptship because HUF is not a recognized person for purpose of partnership.

Ok. I saw a deed format i.e "Agreement between Partnership firm and Hindu Joint Family" in The Tax Publishers by Dr.Avadhesh Ojha. Thats why I post this query.

If the agreement is a "Partnership Deed" between HUF & Partnership, then it is not valid according to law

Ok.But a HUF can enter into partnership with an individual through Karta know.
