03 October 2014 hi, I am a going to start a new business. The project size is of 8Caror, however, I have a financier who is ready to invest 35-40% in the business which is all I need to start the business as rest of the amount will be supplied through bank loan. The financier will not play any rile in the business and the whole effort of running the business will come from my side. My question is how much share should I offer the financier to call it even?
