Can a CA and a non-professional enter into a Partnership Agreement? If yes, are there any consequences if they enter into such agreement?

As per professional ethics of ICAI, a member of ICAI can not enter into any other business than a profession of chartered accountancy. Also, he can not share profit of the CA Profession with a person other than a member.
Hence, by doing so, will attract professional misconduct.
