one of my client had lost the copy of his firm's partnership deed.PAN card of firm is available. there is no one copy of in possesion of me too.
Now what is the proccedure to get it back or any other option for make it new with old date...?

1. You might have given one copy to the Bannker, Sales Tax Department, Income Tax Office along with First year Return,
2. In the advancement of technology, let us advice all our client to scan all the documents and keep it in the form of soft copy.
