Hi, My office registered under Partnership Act and wanted to open new branch office. I wanted to know the provision inserted in partnership deed for opening branch office.

Check partnership deed. Generally it is mentioned in the deed that branches may be opened at mutually decided places. If there is such a mention in the deed then no need to amend the deed. If not then you may prepare a supplementary deed.
