Whether a correction in partnership deed can be made giving prospective effect say for example if i draft a codicil deed for change in remuneration w e f 01/04/2009 and above same codicil can be used to change profit sharing ratio w e f 01/04/2010. Pl explain
there is no restricton in prospective change,
for the prospective change can be made in deed
