Can a partnership firm enter into a partnership with other individual. If no what is the solution?

yes partner ship firm can enter with another individual.

Thanks for your replies. But we do not wish to admit a partner. I will explain it better e.g. If a Partnership firm M/s ABC wish to enter in a new partnership with Mr. XYZ (an individual) and from a new Partnership firm with a name of M/s MNB, is that possible?

according to me in this case firm may authorize any of the partner to act in its name and the partnership may be entered into under partnership act,1932.
relevant portion of section 2 in support of this is stated below
"(a) an "act of a firm" means any act or omission by all the partners, or by any
partner or agent of the firm
which gives rise to a right enforceable by or against the
firm;"
