Partnership by a practising CA

15 August 2010 Hi,

Pls let me know if a practising CA can enter in to a partnership and share profits with a professional, as recognised by ICAI as said in the code of ethics? (I could not remember the correct clause)

I mean, whether he can share profits with a MBA Graduate.

please let me know the list of specified persons, as on this date, as per the council of the institute.

15 August 2010 Practising member is prohibited to enter into partnership with any person other than a practising member or members of recognised foreign professional bodies.
