Can a CA in practice enter into a partnership with member of other professional body like ICSI,ICWAI,Bar Council of India...

Yes it is permitted for member of ICAI to form partnership with members of ICSI,ICWAI, etc. In fact ICAI is encouraging such multi disciplinary firms.
