Currently I am practicing under my Proprietorship firm. I am also thinking of entering into partnership with other firm for the purpose of Bank Audit.

Plz let me know whether I a have to surrender my firm Name so as to take benefit of bank Audit in Partnership firm ? or can i continue with my Prop. firm while taking benefit of Bank Audit work in Partnership ?

19 December 2014 You can continued with both . But for bank purpose you have the option to apply either in firm name or in individual capacity.
