17 January 2015 sir , my uncle had an partnership firm in which he and his friend was partners. His partner died unfortunately before few years ago. Now that firm is still in the name of my uncle. He want to dissolve it. Can you please tell me what procedure need to follow. or which forms need in that case.

17 January 2015 The query is not in detail.How many partners are there? If there are only 2 including the deceased one, the firm dissolves.In such case, the legal heirs of the deceased person can claim whatever is left to his share after meeting all the obligations.
