i am a partner in a firm. now i want to enter in another partnership with the same name of my running firm.

No can,t do it one can,t be partner of another firm having same name as the concerned parties, dpt. etc are not able to identify the capacity of such partner that a particuler transaction has been done by that person in the capasity of partner of which firm?
