23 May 2010 Partnership Deed should be in Stamp Paper (stamp Value as per the Stamp Duty Act), no obligation to register, if the Partnership decided to register, let them go ahead. After the commencement of Partnrship busienss, any time, the parters have a right to apply for registration, there is no draft copy, all the partners should sign before the Witness in all pages in the Partnership Deed. This is as per my knowledge.
