Dear Experts.,
Partners salary, remuneration, interest allowing provision has been removed from the AY 2017-18 u/s 44AD...!!!
My Doubts are...,
Can I file ITR FY 2016-17 for Partnership firm and provide Remunaration...
If Books of accounts 'Maintained' and Without Tax Audit...?

Tax Audit is not applicable if your Turnover does not exceed RS 1 Cr.
You can provide for remuneration and interest as per section 40 b.

My client's Turnover exceed Rs.1cr (1.62Cr)...
But, the Tax audit Limit raised from 1Cr to 2Cr for AY 2017-18. So, What can I do...?

Tax audit Limit is raised to 2 Cr only if you opt for sec 44 AD.
otherwise the limit remains 1 cr.
