19 December 2014 DOES A PARTNER(NOT DESIGNATED PARTNER) IN AN LLP ALSO REQUIRES TO OBTAIN DIN/DPIN?

19 December 2014 According to my view Designated Partner of the LLP needs to have a Digital Signature Certificate (DSC).

20 December 2014 Sir i had raised the query about DESIGNATED PARTNER IDENTIFICATION NUMBER and not DSC.

Kindly reslove that.

20 December 2014 According to my view every Designated Partner is required to obtain a DIN. If a person already has a DIN, the same can be used for forming LLP.
