What is the procedure for partition of HUF having only movable properties in the form of Investments ?

A simple writing on plain paper is sufficient.
Now-a-days; it is made on a stamp paper of Rs.10/20/50/100; with sign of all HUF members (ladies also) with witness of two persons.
It is better to get is Notarized.

However we would be grateful if you could provide us with a format for the deed which is to be prepared.
Also how do we inform the IT Dept. of the partition of HUF.
