16 December 2009 What is the procedure for partition of HUF having only movable properties in the form of Investments ?

16 December 2009 A simple writing on plain paper is sufficient.

Now-a-days; it is made on a stamp paper of Rs.10/20/50/100; with sign of all HUF members (ladies also) with witness of two persons.

It is better to get is Notarized.
