Hi, I hve got exemption in Tax.. So if i get 95 in cost n info n 145 in group 1, am i considered pass in both groups(keeping in mind d aggregate problem)??

As per my understanding you have to secure 300 marks in aggregate.
Assuming you have got 60 in Tax you have to secure 240 more ( 95+145 )
You have done the calculations correctly.
