Dear Sir
The Council of ICAI has banned the attestation function and training to articled students by a Part Time practitioner in its 241st meeting with effect from 01.04.2005.
Except the aforesaid what functions a practising member can do in a CA practice/partnership? Thus literally part time practice is prevented.
