27 March 2011 sir,
if i apply for part time cop and join as a partner in partnership firm will my name be counted as a partner and will it be included in number count while assigning statuory audit assignment?

28 March 2011 i think no because as you are not holding full time COP u are not eligibal for attestation servise

28 March 2011 As per Institute decision with effect from 01.04.2005 onwards there is no part time COP.

Those members who are holding part time COP before 01.04.2005 may continue to hold.

And this is not included for any audit / attestation function.
