30 July 2011 I heard that a qualified CA alongwith his job also he can obtain Part Time COP.

Please let me know what is the use of this part time COP and its limitations etc.,

02 August 2011 With part time COP, you can do consulting, but you cant sign a Chartered Accountant. It means that you cant do any audit and attest functions.
