can you please through some light on below case:
A company is having 51% Holding in its subsidiary B and B subsidiary is having 51% holding in C company...
so in above, what relation would be having Main holding A with company C
A company is having 51% Holding in its subsidiary B and B subsidiary is having 51% holding in C company...
so in above, what relation would be having Main holding A with company C

C is also a subsidiary of A. However, effective holding for consolidation purposes will be 51% * 51% = 26%. Only 26% shall be disclosed as holding in C in the CFS of A.
