Pan with name change

a pvt ltd company converted to a LLP. in this case can the LLP keep the same PAN and apply for name change from Pvt ltd to LLP..
pls help me to sort out the issue

You have to surrender tht pan and have to apply for new pan for llp.

You should apply new pan.. Nd surrender old company PAN.
